Design Attractive Visitor Badges
Fully customize the visitor badge using the custom badge designer in the Lobbytrack visitor management system's web portal. You have the options to include visitor name, organization, your company name, your logo, visitor photo, a QR code, and more. For a smooth visitor experience, make sure you only include relevant information that corresponds to the visitor's workflow. For example, contractors may not need to be photographed if you already have their photos.
Vary Badge Design by Visitor Type
For easy identification of visitors, Lobbytrack visitor management system allows you to design distinct visitor ID cards for different visitor types by customizing the colors, graphics, titles, and visitor information. For example, you can decide to have green-colored badges for guests, blue badges for maintenance people, and yellow badges for contractors; with the titles GUEST, MAINTENANCE and CONTRACTOR prominently printed.
Spot Unauthorized Visitors Instantly
Color coded visitor ID cards help implement your visitor policy by allowing your security team and employees to quickly spot stray visitors, roaming in an area where they should not be. For example, if personal guests are not allowed on the factory floor, you can instantly find out who they are by just looking at the color of their visitor badge and guide them to their host.
Print Badges in Advance or on Sign In
You might like to print visitor badges your special guests before the visit and dispatch them or have them ready when they arrive. While you can easily design and print visitor badges using the guest's information when they register for the visit, you can also configure the Lobbytrack Lobby App to automatically print visitor badges when visitors sign in.
