Sign Visitors In And Out
Pre-registered visitors can quickly sign in and out by scanning the barcode in their confirmation email or looking up their record. Register New Visitors

Sign Visit Agreements

Check Watchlists
Check visitors against federal watchlists, criminal databases and other lists using one or more web-based screening systems. Lobbytrack can trigger an alert on a match. Limit Visitor Count
Limit number of visitors that can be present at any given time at a location or even in a room. Any additional visitor trying to sign in will be asked to wait till the space becomes available. Different limits can be set for different locations.

Deny Sign In

Touchless Sign In

If they are already scheduled for a visit and they have pre-filled out all the forms, all they have to do is click on sign in. Otherwise, for walk-in visitors, entire flow is available on their phone so that they don't have to touch any device.
